Single Pass and Multiple Pass

Tensionless bulking of tubular or open-width fabrics using high velocity jet nozzles located above and below the fabric traveling on open mesh conveyor belt to provide a continuous tumbling process. Fabric pre-shrinks prior to the final calendering or compacting process at high speeds. All belts always run at the same surface speed but an independently adjustable overfeed roll allows for continuous bulking and relaxing.

 

Longer dwell times in the same floor space are afforded using any multi-pass version. All machines are 100% self-threading at any speed, any time.
